Sally Goodworth

Music Coordinator

Sally’s fulltime role as a Music Coordinator at 91影视was created to encompass her extensive experience as a pianist, teacher and musical director. Her duties include piano teaching on the Arts Award scheme and Music degree, accompanying student and professional concerts and assessments, directing various vocal ensembles and a yearly 91影视Arts Musical Theatre production, and working as a vocal coach/MD for the Musical Theatre degree modules.

Sally has performed as an accompanist throughout the UK and Europe in venues including the South Bank Centre, Wigmore Hall, Barbican and Windsor Castle.  Her vast repertoire covers all orchestral instruments and all types of voice. She was a former accompanist to the Berkshire Youth Choir with whom she toured Europe and China, and was pianist with Candlelight Opera performing in many Stately Homes including Hatfield House and Arundel Castle. Sally has played for many masterclasses given by eminent musicians including Tasmin Little, Michael Collins, Raphael Wallfisch and Jess Gillam and was a staff accompanist for the RAF and Army for many years. She continues to be an accompanist at the Oxford Flute Summer School through which she has worked with many of the world’s leading flautists. She is also a staff accompanist and MD for the London College of Music.

Sally was a piano tutor, accompanist and lecturer in keyboard skills and piano pedagogy for many years at Reading University and has been Head of Piano for the Music Teachers’ Exam Board since 2019. She performed as a hotel pianist in the award winning film ‘’She’s Been Away’’ and acted as a hand double playing Chopin in the final episode of Poirot, ‘’Curtains’’.
