Unibuddy Popcards appear on subject area landing pages and course pages. For this to work the Unibuddy ID must be added to the subject entries, edit the subject entry through the subject entries page or on the course pages.
Popcard are per subject and each can have multiple ambassadors. They cannot be filtered by level due to Unibuddy limitation. The ambassador profiles are mapped to subjects in the Unibuddy platform, managed by Marketing.
Subject Entry
To locate the subject record, narrowing down the search (1). Click on the relevant subject (2) to edit.
Edit the uniBuddyId as appropriate, save and approve.
Course page
The above subject records are linked to course pages. So the subject records can also be accessed via course pages. Hence, changing the ID on the subject record will affect the change on the subject landing page and all the courses within that subject.
To add/edit Unibuddy ID, edit the subject record on a course page (the first subject on course page is the primary subject, and that's used for Unibuddy):
