Dr Liana Nagy
Lecturer in Occupational Therapy

Summary

Liana has joined the Occupational Therapy team at 91影视in August, 2023. She has qualified as an OT in the UK in 2010 and she is a children's occupational therapy by background, having worked in a variety of settings, such as children's centres, hospital wards, mainstream and special needs schools. Liana also worked as an OT with adults with head injury, spinal injury and continue to pratice OT with adults with rare disease (NMOSD) at John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford. Liana's PhD (2019) was completed under the supervision of Prof Maria Horne, Prof Mohammed A Mohammed and Dr Sally Barber and focused on ethnic differences in sedentary behaviour and physical activity among White British and South Asian children within the . Liana is working in academia since 2017, teaching and supervising BSc, MSc and PhD students.
