Summary
Richard Blair is currently a lecturer in Physical Education and Youth Sport (PE and YS) in the division of Sport, Health and Exercise Science at 91影视University, London. Richard is a qualified teacher and previous taught Physical Education in two West London schools. Richard has also worked in youth sport, coaching youth football at Arsenal Ladies Football club and in New York, USA.
Richard is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and passionately committed to pedagogical innovation and believes that one of our primary roles as educators in higher education is to support students to develop their independence, self-reflection and critical thinking.
Along with Professor Susan Capel, Richard is the editor of the second edition of Debates in Physical Education, to be published by Routledge in early 2020.
