General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) – Your responsibilities

General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) – Your responsibilities

Once your data capture is complete, you should download your data into a database / Excel sheet etc., secure it by password protecting it, and only share it with appropriate colleagues if needed.

You can set a max number of days for the posts to be held for after which they’re automatically deleted. This should be done on existing forms anyway as, after this has been set, new posts will be subject to the new rule. Please see below settings on the form.
