Highlight the text / select (1) the image that you want to become the link. Click on the insert / edit hyperlink icon (2) in the editor and choose one of the content types (3).
Type/paste the URL in the 'URL Address' box. For external URLS we always recommend saying yes to popup window as this would leave our page in the background. Then click 'Save'.
The 'Title' is filled in if it is an internal link, all link titles should be concise and relevant to the links. 'Target' is like the 'popup window', it tells the link how and where to open the link (some HTML required). 'Anchor' allows you to link to a premade #anchor tags, a drop down menu should appear if there are anchors on the page. 'CSS Class' has a drop down menu of pre-made 'CSS Class's, only use these if instructed. Others are available but this tutorial does not go through them.
