Previewing can only be done once you have saved the page. Save (1), you might need to edit the metadata before previewÌý(2).

There are various views at the top (in red circle), when clicked they show the page as it would look in that device (hover over for type).

It won’t appear on the live site until it has been submitted and approved by someone with the relevant permissions.

Sending a preview on to stakeholders

Editors often need to share pages with stakeholders, who don’t have CMS access, prior to publishing. To enable this, there’s now a generic preview login (view access only) that can be shared:
